Staff Nurse & Guest Relations Officer

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse who will also serve as a Guest Relations Officer (GRO) at our Delhi centre. The role blends clinical nursing duties with administrative and customer‑service responsibilities, ensuring patients receive high‑quality care and a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Record basic patient details (weight, height, BMI) and perform vital‑sign monitoring.
• Collect blood samples, label them, affix bar‑codes, and dispatch them for laboratory testing.
• Administer vaccines, verify prior immunisations, and generate vaccination vouchers when needed.
• Enter medical data into electronic records and maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Conduct vision tests, including visual acuity and colour‑vision assessments.
• Capture customer satisfaction scores via the C‑Sat device.
• Manage inventory of medical consumables, non‑consumables, and vaccines; verify service receipts and lab orders.
• Update dispatch registers online, hand over samples with requisitions, and ensure proper biomedical waste disposal.

Required profile

• Diploma in Nursing with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Registered with the local nursing regulatory authority.
• Computer literate and able to work with basic healthcare software.
• Self‑motivated, accurate, honest, and presentable with strong hygiene standards.
