Staff Nurse (GNM/DGNM) – Full‑time Position

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The position is full‑time and open to recent graduates or candidates with up to one year of nursing experience. You will work closely with doctors and other professionals to deliver safe, high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including monitoring vital signs and assisting patients with daily activities.
• Administer prescribed medications and observe patient responses.
• Collaborate with medical staff to implement treatment plans and communicate patient progress.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records.
• Educate patients and families on health management, medication use, and post‑treatment care.
• Follow infection‑prevention protocols to ensure a safe environment.

Required profile

• Relevant nursing qualification (GNM, DGNM, Midwifery) or equivalent degree.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of clinical experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
