We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in Bangalore. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients across various conditions, maintaining accurate medical records, and supporting patients and families in health management. Key responsibilities

• Record medical history and symptoms of patients.
• Administer medication and prescribed treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and conduct nursing assessments.
• Monitor patients' health status and respond to changes.
• Provide bedside care and operate medical equipment safely.
• Educate and support patients and their families on health maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies.

Required profile

• Graduate with GNM Nursing, BSc Nursing, or MSc Nursing qualification.
• Academic record with first division in 10th, 12th, and nursing degree.
• 3 months to 5 years of nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills and effective listening.
• Ability to work in a team, coordinate tasks, and take initiative.
• Compassionate approach providing moral support and physical care to patients.

Required skills

• Computer literacy for documentation and data entry.
• Proficiency in operating and caring for medical equipment.
