About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic fresh‑graduate nurses to join our healthcare team in Navi Mumbai. The role involves delivering quality nursing care under hospital protocols while supporting doctors and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to patients following hospital protocols.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall health conditions regularly.
• Administer prescribed medicines, injections, and treatments safely.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
• Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and treatment details.
• Follow infection control, hygiene, and patient safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, their attendants, and healthcare professionals.
• Support the smooth operation of the nursing department.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with no prior professional experience required.
• Completed GNM, ANM, or B.Sc Nursing qualification.

Required skills

• Medication administration (including injections and IV therapy).
• Patient vital signs monitoring.
• Clinical documentation and record keeping.
