About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to provide high‑quality direct patient care in a clinical setting. The role involves close collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and patient progress.
- Administer prescribed medications safely and accurately.
- Perform medical procedures as required by patient care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to coordinate care.
- Educate patients and families on health management and post‑discharge instructions.
- Develop and update individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
