Staff Nurse – Clinical Care

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our clinical team at Apollo Hospitals. The successful candidate will provide high‑quality patient care, support recovery, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast‑paced hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Record patients' medical history and symptoms accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with doctors and allied health professionals to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and conduct comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Monitor patients' health status and respond to changes promptly.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and post‑discharge care.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure bedside care standards.
• Operate and maintain medical equipment safely.
• Participate in regular in‑service education and training sessions.

Required profile

• Graduate in GNM Nursing, BSc Nursing or MSc Nursing with first‑division marks in 10th, 12th and graduation.
• 3 months to 5 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and provide moral support to patients.
• Basic computer literacy for documentation and record‑keeping.
