Staff Nurse – CCU/ICU

About the role

SRM Global Hospitals is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join its Critical Care Unit (CCU) / Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The successful candidate will provide high‑quality nursing care to patients with acute cardiac conditions in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to critically ill cardiac patients.
• Monitor cardiac parameters, ECG, and vital signs continuously.
• Administer prescribed medications and IV infusions safely.
• Assist physicians during cardiac procedures and emergency interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, infection‑control practices, and safety standards.

Required profile

• B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Registered Nurse with the State Nursing Council.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in CCU/ICU, preferably with cardiac care.
• Strong clinical knowledge, patient‑care focus, and effective communication.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
