About the role

Apollo Hospitals is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join its clinical team. The role involves delivering high‑quality patient care, maintaining accurate medical records, and supporting the overall health objectives of the hospital.

Key responsibilities

• Record medical history and symptoms of patients.
• Administer medication and prescribed treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and deliver patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and conduct nursing assessments.
• Monitor patient health status and respond to changes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies.
• Deliver bedside care and operate medical equipment safely.
• Participate in regular in‑service education sessions.

Required profile

• Graduate with 1st division in 10th, 12th and a nursing qualification (GNM, BSc Nursing or M.Sc Nursing).
• 3 months to 5 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork abilities.
• Initiative, moral support and a patient‑centred approach.

Required skills

• Computer literacy for documentation and hospital information systems.
