Staff Consultant – SAP Development BTP

About the role

We are seeking a Staff Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to help clients modernize their enterprise applications. You will work on cloud‑native solutions, APIs and integration services that drive digital transformation across global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimize scalable SAP BTP‑based solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Build cloud‑native applications, APIs and integration services supporting business transformation initiatives.
• Support system integration across SAP and non‑SAP landscapes using modern integration tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Contribute to solution design, architecture discussions and development best practices.
• Ensure performance, reliability and security standards for all delivered solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to team members and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong SAP technical background with hands‑on experience on SAP BTP.
• Proven experience building APIs, microservices or cloud‑based enterprise solutions.
• Solid understanding of SAP integration concepts in hybrid and cloud environments.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work on complex technical challenges.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with global teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
