Stacker Operator - Fork Lift

About the role

The Stacker Operator is responsible for safely operating forklifts and stackers to move, store, and retrieve materials within a warehouse environment. This role ensures efficient material flow while maintaining strict safety and inventory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and stackers to load, unload, stack, and transport materials according to warehouse needs.
• Conduct daily pre‑operational equipment inspections and report any defects or maintenance needs.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against delivery documents.
• Perform picking, packing, dispatch, and material issuing activities.
• Maintain accurate stock movement records, update bin locations, and support inventory counts and audits.
• Ensure proper placement of materials in designated storage locations and follow FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to support smooth warehouse operations.

Required profile

• Valid Forklift Certification.
• Commitment to follow all safety procedures and warehouse operating guidelines.
• Ability to conduct equipment inspections and report issues promptly.
