Sr. System Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for AWS (Amazon Web Services) infrastructure, Linux, and Windows systems.
• Monitor AWS environments and Linux/Windows systems to ensure availability, performance, and security 24/7.
• Respond to and resolve client inquiries, issues, and incidents via monitoring tools, email, chat, and phone.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and deliver timely solutions.
• Perform system administration tasks such as user management, server monitoring, backup and recovery, and security updates.
• Track SLA compliance and conduct data analysis for server key performance indicators.
• Maintain and track incident and release lifecycles.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge‑base articles, and standard operating procedures.
• Proactively identify potential issues and suggest improvements to enhance performance, security, and scalability.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation to provide after‑hours support and respond to critical incidents.
