Sr. Specialist, Supply Chain Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Specialist to lead supply chain operations for our Pharma and MedTech customers within a 3PL logistics environment. The role oversees end‑to‑end logistics, ensures compliance with industry standards, and drives operational excellence across warehousing, inventory, order fulfillment and transportation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day 3PL and contract logistics operations for assigned customer accounts.
• Translate customer requirements and contractual commitments into operational plans.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs and service levels, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Manage capacity planning in line with business volumes and seasonality.
• Ensure business continuity and develop contingency plans.
• Oversee Pharma and MedTech supply chain activities, maintaining product integrity, traceability and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Quality, Compliance and customer teams to manage deviations, CAPAs and audits.
• Act as primary operational contact for customers, conducting performance reviews and handling escalations.
• Identify improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience and profitability.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of supply chain and logistics experience, preferably in India.
• Strong expertise in 3PL, contract logistics and customer‑centric supply chain operations.
• Hands‑on experience managing Pharma and/or MedTech logistics, including quality and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence, productivity and cost improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
