Sr. Software Engineer - iOS/Android

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of high‑quality iOS and Android applications for a leading TV apps provider. The role combines hands‑on coding with technical leadership, ensuring our mobile solutions are performant, reliable, and innovative.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end mobile app development for iOS and Android, following best coding practices and performance standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering continuous skill improvement.
• Design robust, scalable, and maintainable app architectures in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Optimize app performance, memory usage, and battery efficiency.
• Integrate third‑party APIs, services, and libraries to enhance functionality.
• Work closely with QA to ensure rigorous testing and high‑quality releases.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
• Stay updated on mobile development trends and propose innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience developing mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior team members.
