Sr Production Support Analyst – Docebo Technical Steward

About the role

The Docebo Administrator / Technical Steward will be the primary technical expert for managing, configuring, and optimizing the Docebo learning platform within Elsevier's global sales technology ecosystem. You will ensure seamless integrations with Salesforce, HR systems, and other enterprise applications while supporting learner and sales enablement adoption across worldwide sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day technical administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and approved configuration changes for Docebo.
• Support Business administrators and Power Users, coordinate with Docebo Product Support, and resolve recurring platform issues.
• Develop and maintain integrations and automation using Workato, Docebo Connect, APIs, SSO, and identity provisioning.
• Assist with onboarding new business teams, handling technical dependencies, testing, deployment, hyper‑care, and transition to BAU support.
• Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, onboarding checklists, and reusable implementation templates.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Docebo Administrator or Technical Steward supporting Docebo and/or Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of learning management processes, sales enablement, and training/certification operations.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work independently across regions.

Required skills

• Docebo platform configuration and customization (Course Management, Learning Plans, Certifications, Reports & Analytics).
• Integration tools: Workato, Docebo Connect, APIs, SSO, identity provisioning.
• Salesforce administration (a plus).
• Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI standards and data analytics/visualization tools.
