Sr. Manager / Manager – Project Head

About the role
We are seeking an experienced senior manager to lead medium‑scale construction projects, primarily high‑rise residential and commercial buildings. The role reports to the Project HOD and requires strong technical knowledge combined with effective team leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end execution of medium‑scale construction projects.
- Oversee civil, structural, and interior finishing works.
- Prepare accurate estimations, billing, and quantity take‑offs from drawings.
- Coordinate and supervise large to medium sized project teams.
- Ensure compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Required profile
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in high‑rise residential/commercial construction.
- Proven experience managing medium‑scale projects and large teams.
- Fluent in English and Bengali, both written and verbal.
