Sr Client Reporting Analyst

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior Client Reporting Analyst to join its Hyderabad team. The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, completeness and timely delivery of client‑facing reports across its investment products.

Key responsibilities

• Review client reporting deliverables for accuracy, formatting quality and adherence to timelines.
• Validate data, calculations, fund information, holdings, performance, commentary and disclosures before release.
• Perform quality checks using internal procedures, checklists and KPIs.
• Coordinate with Production, Data Management, Product, Marketing, Technology, Compliance and regional teams to resolve issues and manage escalations.
• Investigate reporting issues, support root‑cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain process documentation, SOPs, checklists, issue logs and management information records.
• Support testing for system upgrades, report enhancements, regulatory changes and new product launches.
• Identify gaps, automation opportunities and standardisation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Provide guidance and training to team members, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of client and fund reporting, investment products and asset‑management operations.
• Ability to maintain high‑quality standards, apply controls and manage operational risk.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities with minimal supervision.
• High attention to detail, organization and accuracy in documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for explaining observations and issues.
• Proven stakeholder‑management and collaboration experience across global teams.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, reporting cycles and peak periods.
