Sr. Business Analyst - Change Management

About the role

The Operational Governance team at Invesco is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead change‑management initiatives across the global Investments and Distribution Services organization. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, translating strategic priorities into clear, data‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of initiatives, from intake and planning through execution and closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Ensure governance, controls and reporting align with organizational standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements, scope and success criteria.
• Conduct data analysis, root‑cause assessments and process mapping to identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate business needs into actionable workflows, business cases and solution recommendations.
• Consolidate qualitative and quantitative inputs into executive‑ready presentations and summaries.
• Engage with risk, technology and operations teams to manage escalations and maintain delivery momentum.
