About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly individuals to join our team as Sales Assistants focused on customer service and sales. The role involves interacting with customers, maintaining store standards, and supporting daily bakery operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations.
• Handle sales transactions and operate the point‑of‑sale system.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor and bakery area.
• Assist the baker with basic tasks as needed.
• Participate in shift work, with the possibility of working three days a week.

Required profile

• Positive attitude, good communication skills, and a smile.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Possession of a valid sanitary (sanepid) booklet.
• Reliability, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Required skills

• Basic customer service abilities.
• Ability to follow hygiene and safety standards.
