Spine Specialist – Physiotherapist

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Physiotherapist to join our clinic as a Spine Specialist. The role involves delivering comprehensive spine care, from initial assessment through to treatment planning and follow‑up, using both hands‑on techniques and digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a thorough first consultation, take detailed history and perform clinical examination to reach an accurate spine diagnosis.
• Explain diagnosis, treatment plan and expected outcomes to patients and obtain their commitment to the program.
• Deliver prescribed manual therapy, exercise progression and home‑exercise guidance, monitoring progress throughout the care pathway.
• Record diagnoses, functional goals, treatment sessions and outcomes in the clinic’s application in real time.
• Coordinate with patient counsellors, other doctors and specialist teams (orthopaedics, neurology) to ensure seamless, holistic patient care.
• Participate in a one‑month intensive training program followed by two months of mentorship to master the clinic’s protocols.

Required profile

• Qualified Physiotherapist with interest in spine care.
• Willingness to complete the mandatory training and mentorship period.
• Strong communication skills and professional grooming.
