Specialist - Service Controlling

About the role

The Service Controlling Specialist will lead the set‑up and maintenance of global revenue, cost and capital reporting, supporting budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for the organization. The role works closely with operations and sales teams to provide insightful financial analysis and drive process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Establish global revenue reporting and support revenue planning within the budgeting process.
• Implement harmonised liquidated‑damage (LD) reporting.
• Manage capex, FTE, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis activities.
• Prepare P&L statements, cost analyses and provide commentary.
• Execute cost transfers from Service to Project Management maintenance.
• Produce Service‑Margin‑Day presentations.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analyses and generate reports on management request.
• Support and automate sales calculation tools.

Required profile

• Degree in commerce, MBA in Finance or equivalent; professional qualifications such as CMA or CA.
• 10‑15 years of experience, preferably in the wind industry.
• Proven FP&A and reporting background.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
• Advanced Excel, including VBA macros.
• PowerPoint for presentation creation.
• Power BI for data visualisation.
