Specialist – Product Express Reporting & Analytics

About the role

The Specialist, Product Express Reporting and Analytics will own the reporting and dashboarding agenda for Mastercard's Product Express platform. You will translate product and service owner needs into scalable reporting solutions, maintain reliable dashboards, analyze platform data and recommend optimisation opportunities that improve onboarding transparency, adoption and operating efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with product and service owners to gather reporting needs, define success metrics and translate them into clear reporting deliverables.
• Define and implement a reporting and analytics strategy for Product Express, including AI‑driven use cases.
• Build, maintain and monitor dashboards, analyse adoption trends and recommend optimisations.
• Lead digitisation of onboarding processes and prioritise platform enhancements that improve data capture and configurability.

Required profile

• Highly engaged individual comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
• Strong business judgment with solid conceptual thinking, prioritisation and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven experience collaborating across functions and geographies.
• Undergraduate degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics or a related field.
