Specialist – Internal Communication (Regional) – Hyderabad

About the role

Join Deloitte’s Growth & Purpose Office as a Specialist in Internal Communication, based in Hyderabad. You will craft stories that inspire and inform, helping to bring Deloitte’s purpose to life across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit content for campaigns, leadership messages, newsletters, presentations, events and more.
• Partner with stakeholder teams to understand objectives and deliver communication solutions aligned with their goals.
• Generate innovative ideas, track project timelines and deliver high‑quality work in fast‑paced environments.
• Leverage a mix of channels – Microsoft Office, Teams, Viva Engage, intranet, podcasts, videos, in‑person, virtual and hybrid events – to maximise reach.
• Ensure consistency, brand alignment and strategic coordination across all communication touch‑points.
• Use analytics tools such as Poppulo and social‑media dashboards, as well as AI applications, to measure impact and optimise processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate communications, content strategy or a similar role, preferably in a large‑scale organisation.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong analytical, listening and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask with agility.
• Based in Hyderabad and available to work 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. IST.
