Specialist – FP&A

About the role

The FP&A Specialist will own the most complex accounting, financial reporting, planning and analysis activities for the organization. You will partner with management to translate financial data into actionable insights that drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Generate financial statements and perform month‑end close consolidation.
• Provide budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Maintain the accuracy of the internal financial database and resolve SAP reporting discrepancies.
• Analyze sales and margin trends, investigate issues and produce detailed reports.
• Support capital‑expenditure, margin and cost‑variation analyses and respond to ad‑hoc queries.
• Develop and enhance financial models and analytical tools.
• Coach and mentor less‑experienced financial analysts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance or FP&A experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
