Specialist – Brand, Marketing & Communication (Graphic Design)

About the role

Deloitte’s Brand, Marketing & Communication team is looking for a Specialist who can blend strategic thinking with creative design. You will work on high‑impact visual projects that support business priorities across print, digital, web and video channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality external visual assets for print, digital, web, video and internal communications while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Create concepts, storyboards, rough layouts and final production‑ready designs from initial consultation through execution.
• Translate stakeholder input and strategic direction into clear, visually compelling solutions.
• Collaborate with design managers, writers and other stakeholders to solve creative challenges and refine output.
• Ensure all design work is accurate, on‑brand, visually cohesive and ready for production.
• Contribute ideas, visual references and practical design recommendations to the team’s vision.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in graphic and visual design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across print, digital and illustration.
• Ability to work in a fast‑changing market and adapt to new creative opportunities.
• Based in Hyderabad and available to work the shift 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST.
