Specialist - AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AI Trainer to deliver hands‑on training on Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Agentic AI and Data Science to professional audiences. The role is based in Hyderabad and involves travelling to client sites to provide customized learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive training sessions covering AI/ML, Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts.
• Create and maintain training materials, labs, real‑world case studies and curriculum.
• Mentor participants, provide post‑training support and resolve technical queries.
• Tailor programs to specific client and business requirements.
• Gather learner feedback and continuously improve training delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in AI/ML/Generative AI, with a proven track record of training or mentoring.
• Client‑facing experience with an MNC or consulting firm and ability to interact with C‑suite executives.
• Willingness to travel to client locations for training delivery.

Required skills

• Python programming, including NumPy, Pandas, Scikit‑learn, PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Prompt engineering and fine‑tuning of large language models.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models) and Agentic AI workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP for AI/ML workloads.
• Familiarity with MLOps and LLMOps for deploying AI solutions.
