Spanish Language Tech Support Specialist (L1)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Spanish‑English specialist to provide first‑level technical support to our customers. The role involves handling queries via email, chat and phone, resolving issues quickly and maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer technical queries, escalations and critical situations across multiple channels.
• Manage inbound and outbound communications through email, chat and phone calls.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware networking and software issues in a timely manner.
• Achieve daily individual and team ticket targets while maintaining productivity.
• Stay current with internal systems, tools and knowledge bases.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Basic understanding of hardware networking concepts.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle escalations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using remote support tools such as TeamViewer.
• Familiarity with Skype and web browsers (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Chrome).
