Spa Receptionist – Front‑Desk (Full‑time, Dubai)

About the role

As the Spa Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for guests at SENSASIA’s luxury spa locations in Dubai. You will manage appointments, welcome clients and ensure the front‑of‑house runs smoothly, contributing to a memorable, relaxing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, emails and walk‑in enquiries, providing accurate information about services and availability.
• Schedule and confirm appointments using the spa’s booking system.
• Greet guests, handle check‑in and check‑out procedures, and process payments.
• Maintain a tidy reception area and keep client records up‑to‑date.
• Recommend appropriate treatments and retail products based on client needs.
• Coordinate with therapists and other staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Previous experience in front‑of‑house, reception or customer‑care roles, preferably in hospitality or spa environments.
• Clear, calm communication and a professional appearance.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Friendly, client‑focused attitude and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with booking software and standard phone/email systems.
