Sourcing Specialist – UK IT Recruitment (Hybrid, Hyderabad)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist with deep expertise in the Semiconductor, Hardware and VLSI domains to support our US hiring pipeline. The role is based in Hyderabad on a hybrid schedule and operates during a night shift (1 PM‑10 PM). This is a permanent position focused on identifying and evaluating technical talent for UK‑based IT recruitment projects.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and evaluate candidates for technical roles in the Semiconductor, Hardware and VLSI sectors.
• Conduct initial technical and domain‑specific screening calls to assess candidate fit against complex job requirements.
• Maintain a high‑quality candidate assessment experience through clear verbal and written communication.
• Understand and advise on US employment types, visa classifications and related terminology.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment teams to ensure a smooth pipeline flow.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of core sourcing, screening and candidate evaluation experience in UK or domestic IT recruitment.
• Proven experience screening candidates specifically in Semiconductor, Hardware or VLSI domains.
• Strong ability to conduct technical screening calls and evaluate complex job specifications.
• Good knowledge of US employment types and visa classifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
