Sourcing Expert – Recruitment (Full-Time, On-site)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sourcing Expert to join our recruitment team. In this full-time, on-site position you will identify, engage and build pipelines of qualified candidates across multiple industries and functions.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, Dice), databases, social media, referrals and other creative channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive talent.
• Understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidate profiles.
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers on candidate quality and market availability.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.
• Generate daily/weekly sourcing reports and pipeline updates.
• Stay informed on hiring trends, market intelligence and competitor mapping.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proficiency using Naukri, Indeed, Monster or Dice.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms.
