Source to Pay – Procurement Operations Specialist

About the role

The Supplier Experience Team is looking for a Specialist to ensure Source‑to‑Pay processes run efficiently, remain well‑controlled and deliver value for Diageo. Based in Bangalore, you will act as the bridge between Global Business Services and the procurement community, supporting both global and regional category teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain effective Purchase‑to‑Pay and procurement operations while ensuring SOX compliance.
• Serve as the primary interface between GBS and procurement stakeholders to secure the right goods and services at the right price.
• Support global and regional category procurement teams and provide STP system assistance.
• Drive productivity savings through efficient sourcing processes for both GBO‑owned and regional spend.
• Collaborate with category managers, suppliers and senior business users across multiple locations and time zones.

Required profile

• Advanced experience and solid understanding of sourcing and contracting processes.
• Ability to work with diverse teams across cultures, languages and seniority levels.
• Strong analytical mindset to identify hard and mitigation savings.
• No line‑management responsibilities; focus on influencing and partnership.
