Solutions Architect – ServiceNow

About the role

As a ServiceNow Solutions Architect at CitiusTech, you will lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑wide ServiceNow platforms, driving modernization and integration initiatives for healthcare clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end architecture and technical design for ServiceNow ITSM and custom Now Platform applications.
• Architect Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge and SLA capabilities.
• Lead architecture and delivery of custom procurement, vendor, inventory and store management solutions.
• Provide hands‑on leadership in scripting, integrations, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Design scalable data models, workflows, APIs, UI components and security models.
• Drive architecture governance, coding standards and reusable design patterns.
• Optimize application performance and platform scalability.
• Lead integration architecture with ERP, finance, procurement and identity systems.
• Support upgrades and modernization initiatives with minimal business disruption.
• Conduct design reviews and technical workshops.
• Mentor engineers and guide best‑practice adoption.
• Manage technical debt and recommend modernization opportunities.

Required profile

• 12–20 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.
• Engineering degree (BE/BCS) in Computer Science, Electronics or Telecommunications.
• Technical certifications in relevant technologies are desirable.

Required skills

• ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM and Security (8+ years).
• ServiceNow Platform Development, JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer.
• REST and SOAP integration, IntegrationHub.
• Performance optimization, upgrades and security configuration.
