Solution Designer – SAP SuccessFactors Learning (Hyderabad)

About the role

We are looking for a Solution Designer to lead the configuration and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions for large organisations. Based in Hyderabad, you will work within an agile team to translate business requirements into robust, scalable learning management features.

Key responsibilities

• Execute business requirements engineering and provision standard IT features across all project phases.
• Perform error analysis, incident and problem resolution providing 2nd/3rd level support.
• Develop and test new features from user stories within an agile development environment.
• Guide, coach and train team members to build competencies for assigned modules.
• Own end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Learning in large enterprises.
• Advanced knowledge of LMS architecture, content management and integration with other SAP Talent modules.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and fluency in English.
• Relevant certification such as SAP SuccessFactors Learning (e.g., THR88).
• Project management skills are a plus.
