Solution Architect – DSP (OneDSP program)

About the role

As a DSP Solution Architect on Nokia's Enterprise Applications team, you will lead the architecture and design of the OneDSP program, shaping demand and supply planning solutions that support the company's global IT strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the solution architecture for demand, supply, and response planning applications.
• Collaborate with business units and external partners to ensure alignment with regulatory, security, and enterprise standards.
• Guide development teams in implementing Kinaxis Maestro (RapidResponse) configurations and integrations.
• Oversee architectural governance, migration strategies for legacy systems, and seamless integration with SAP modules.
• Provide mentorship and enforce best‑practice architectural standards throughout project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.
• 4–10 years of supply‑chain IT experience focused on Kinaxis Maestro and 10+ years overall IT experience.
• Deep functional knowledge of demand, supply, and response planning processes.
• Proven experience in large‑scale digital transformation programs.

Required skills

• Kinaxis Maestro (RapidResponse) configuration and solutioning.
• SAP SD and SAP MM functional knowledge and integration with Kinaxis.
• Kinaxis closed‑loop activities and SAP data extraction.
• E2E testing, including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Migration planning for legacy to next‑generation platforms.
