Solar PV Installation Trainer

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands‑on training on Solar PV Installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance.
• Train candidates on rooftop, on‑grid, off‑grid and hybrid solar systems.
• Demonstrate installation, wiring, mounting structures, inverter installation and battery integration.
• Conduct practical sessions following electrical safety standards.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assessments and training materials.
• Evaluate trainee performance through theory and practical exams.
• Maintain solar labs, training kits and equipment.
• Support workshops, certification programs and curriculum development.

Required profile

• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, Renewable Energy, Energy Engineering or a related field.
• Solar PV Installation certification (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in Solar PV installation, commissioning or technical training.
• Fluent communication skills in English or Marathi.
• Personal laptop for PPT‑based classroom sessions.
