Solar Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Solar Project Manager to lead the delivery of rooftop solar installations. The role involves overseeing multiple projects from design through commissioning, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate all phases of rooftop solar projects.
• Manage project budgets, cost control and financial reporting.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, installers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards and industry best practices.
• Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy or a related field (Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus).
• Proven experience managing solar projects, preferably rooftop installations.
• Ability to handle several projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.

• Project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
