Software Technologist I – Automation Framework

About the role

As a Software Technologist I you will lead software development activities across the full lifecycle, designing and delivering scalable automation solutions for embedded software verification. You will build and maintain automation frameworks, reusable libraries and engineering tools while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain object‑oriented automation frameworks using C#.NET, Python, C++ and related technologies.
• Integrate frameworks and components into Azure DevOps, GitHub, Git and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable delivery.
• Drive Behavior‑Driven Development by creating reusable Gherkin scenarios and automation components.
• Support hardware‑in‑the‑loop integration, simulators and test infrastructure.
• Lead complex defect investigations, perform root‑cause analysis and optimize performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in software development, automation framework creation and quality assurance.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
