Software Technical Manager – Inspection Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a senior software manager to lead the development of cutting‑edge inspection software for semiconductor wafer manufacturing. The role involves building and guiding an Agile team, delivering new products, and integrating advanced AI/ML and image‑processing technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8‑10 software developers and QA engineers through the full software development lifecycle, from requirements to code delivery.
• Define functional and design specifications, conduct technical reviews, and ensure high software quality and performance.
• Drive adoption of new technologies (React, Redux, Java, Spring, Python, AI/ML, GPU/CPU architectures) and improve developer and user experience.
• Hire and mentor engineers, coordinate with cross‑functional and global stakeholders, and travel for on‑site installations and support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in CE/EE or related engineering field.
• 8‑12 years of industry experience, including 10+ years in software development and 4+ years leading high‑level design and code reviews.
• Experience managing teams of 6‑12 members, Agile methodologies, and global collaboration.
• Proven track record deploying AI/ML solutions on CPU/GPU platforms and integrating them into production software.
