Software Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Specialist to join HiveRift Softwares in Karol Bagh. In this full-time, on-site position you will engage prospective and existing customers, showcase our software solutions and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities in the software market.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present solution benefits to clients.
• Manage client relationships from prospecting through onboarding and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with internal product and development teams to align offerings with customer needs.
• Maintain accurate sales records in CRM and prepare regular performance reports.
• Participate in training sessions to stay current on product enhancements.

Required profile

• Strong communication, customer service and sales abilities.
• Proven experience in software or technology sales (preferred).
• Ability to work on-site in Karol Bagh and handle multiple accounts.
• Organizational skills with basic proficiency in CRM tools.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
