About the role
The Software Engineering Tech Lead will guide a full‑stack development team in creating and maintaining high‑quality applications. You will work closely with senior architects and the Innovation Team to deliver modern, cloud‑native solutions that enhance product efficiency and user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Mentor and lead a full‑stack team to design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET, Angular and React.
- Build responsive front‑end interfaces and robust back‑end services, including API creation and management.
- Design relational database schemas, write optimized SQL queries, and work with SQL Server.
- Develop cloud‑native systems on AWS or Azure platforms.
Required profile
- 5–14 years of software development experience.
- Hands‑on expertise in .NET programming.
- Strong experience building front‑end applications with Angular and React.
- Working knowledge of AWS (or Azure) cloud services.
- Engineering degree (BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech) and good communication skills.
