Software Engineer

About the role

Droisys is seeking a Software Engineer to join its fast‑growing technology team. You will work on full‑stack features that power incident‑management tools, helping clients accelerate digital initiatives while improving operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver full‑stack features for incident‑management platforms.
• Build automation and tooling to reduce operational toil and boost team productivity.
• Contribute across the entire software development lifecycle: design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Java‑based frameworks.
• Create and enhance frontend components with modern JavaScript frameworks, preferably Vue.js.
• Own both development and testing responsibilities for delivered features.
• Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and design discussions.
• Work within CI/CD pipelines and distributed system environments.

Required profile

• Proven experience building backend services and APIs with Java.
• Hands‑on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, especially Vue.js.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in agile teams and contribute to code quality.
