Software Engineer – Full Stack (Python/Java)

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer who will design, develop, test and maintain full‑stack applications that meet customer needs. The role involves the entire software development lifecycle, from architecture design to deployment, with a strong focus on user‑centric solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand use‑cases, pain points and requirements.
• Design, develop and deliver software using a variety of tools, languages and frameworks.
• Assess application requirements and select appropriate technology stacks, integration methods and deployment strategies.
• Create high‑level architecture diagrams outlining components and interfaces.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers and architects.
• Define and implement test strategies, guidelines and processes.
• Continuously improve performance, optimize applications and adopt new technologies.
• Apply test‑driven development, continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.
• Support security measures such as encryption and data anonymisation.
• Build user‑friendly interfaces and maintain back‑end APIs and micro‑services.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to innovation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in software development.
• Experience working on full‑stack projects, from front‑end to back‑end.
