Software Engineer – Full Stack Development

About the role

We are looking for a technically‑minded Software Engineer to join a permanent feature team. You will work across the full software lifecycle, from design to implementation, while collaborating with principal engineers, architects and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Apply Agile methods to develop and maintain backlog items.
• Produce resilient, long‑lived software that can adapt to future needs.
• Deliver intentional architecture and emergent design through experimentation and prototyping.
• Design and develop automation for build, test and deployment activities using executable patterns.
• Collaborate with business teams to create pragmatic, secure solutions.

Required profile

• Strong full‑stack experience in software design and implementation.
• Ability to analyse complex requirements and validate them against business and system needs.
• Proven experience leading best‑practice implementation around scalability, automation, virtualization, optimisation, availability and performance.
• Sound collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
• Familiarity with information‑security policies and practices within the financial sector.
