Software Engineer – Embedded Medical Devices

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer with 2‑4 years of experience in embedded software development to design and develop next‑generation medical devices and connected healthcare solutions. The role involves creating embedded firmware, enabling device connectivity, and supporting integration with mobile apps and cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, and test embedded software for medical devices.
• Implement connectivity solutions such as device‑to‑device, device‑to‑mobile, and device‑to‑cloud communication.
• Translate product, user, and system requirements into software specifications and technical solutions.
• Perform software design, implementation, debugging, verification, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Systems, Electrical, Quality, Regulatory, Digital, and Manufacturing.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in embedded software development.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in C and C++ programming.
• Experience with microcontroller‑based systems and embedded design.
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, BLE.
• Familiarity with ARM‑based microcontrollers and RTOS environments.
• Understanding of wireless technologies (BLE, Wi‑Fi) and IoT protocols (MQTT, TCP/IP).
