Software Engineer - EIS V12

About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our team and help design, develop, and support the EIS PolicyCore v12 platform. The role focuses on policy administration, business services, and core insurance workflows across underwriting, billing, and policy servicing.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop custom solutions within EIS PolicyCore v12.
• Build Java‑based integrations between EIS and enterprise applications.
• Implement and maintain event‑driven processing using EIS Application Events.
• Create REST APIs and service integrations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
• Assist with application releases and production deployments.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and Product Owners.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of Java development experience on the EIS PolicyCore v12 platform.
• Strong knowledge of policy administration functionality and core insurance workflows.
• Experience with application events, batch processing, and enterprise system integrations.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting production issues and conducting root‑cause analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
