Software Engineer Backend (Java) + Data Engineering

About the role

We are seeking experienced engineers who can blend strong Java development expertise with modern data‑engineering capabilities to design and build enterprise‑scale solutions. The role is based in Airoli, Navi Mumbai and offers the chance to work on cutting‑edge initiatives across Java, data engineering, AI, and cloud technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance Java backend services using Spring Boot.
• Build, optimize, and operate large‑scale data pipelines with Spark, PySpark and ETL processes.
• Implement data lake and modern data‑warehouse solutions using Apache Iceberg and other scalable platforms.
• Integrate machine‑learning workflows, including NLP and generative AI models, into production systems.
• Architect microservices, event‑driven designs, and distributed systems on cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Required profile

• 8–20 years of hands‑on development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Working knowledge of Python and basic machine‑learning concepts.
• Experience with big‑data technologies and cloud platforms.
