Software Development Instructor (Full-Stack)

About the role

NxtWave is looking for a passionate Software Development Instructor to deliver in‑person classroom training to recent high‑school graduates. You will guide students through programming fundamentals and full‑stack development, helping them become industry‑ready developers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily in‑person training sessions on programming and full‑stack development.
• Design and develop learning activities, materials, and resources aligned with industry standards.
• Provide personalized support, mentor students, and resolve queries promptly.
• Review student deliverables for accuracy and quality.
• Contribute to curriculum updates based on feedback and market trends.
• Manage large classes (70‑100 students) while ensuring engagement.
• Stay current with pedagogical methods and software development practices.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (M.Tech) in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, AI/ML, Cyber Security or related field (preferred).
• Teaching or training experience in Computer Science is an advantage.
• Strong passion for mentoring and student success.

Required skills

• Professional fluency in English with excellent communication.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Object‑oriented programming expertise.
• Experience with content development tools such as Google Sheets and Google Slides (Microsoft 365 a plus).
• Familiarity with Git and version‑control systems.
