Software Developer – Backend & Full‑Stack (Python, React)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Software Developer to design, build, and maintain high‑performance applications. You will collaborate with product, operations, and leadership teams to deliver scalable solutions in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI.
• Build modern full‑stack applications with React, JavaScript, and Express.js.
• Create efficient PostgreSQL schemas, write optimized queries, and manage migrations.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on AWS EC2, Nginx, and Linux environments.
• Implement AI‑powered automation workflows using n8n or similar platforms.
• Own projects end‑to‑end, from architecture through deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to define technical solutions and improve system architecture.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
