About the role

RouteLogic is looking for a Software Developer to join its fast‑growing team. You will help create smart software products that enable organisations to optimise their logistics processes, delivering faster and more reliable delivery times.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain software that calculates the most efficient routes for deliveries.
• Provide accurate arrival time predictions and support the optimisation of the entire logistics operation.
• Collaborate with a small, informal team using modern technologies to continuously improve the product.
• Participate in code reviews, give and receive clear feedback, and contribute to a culture of open communication.
