About the role
We are seeking a Softskill Trainer to join our academic team, focusing on enhancing students’ soft competencies alongside their English studies. The role involves designing and delivering training programs that improve communication, teamwork, and professional readiness.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement professional logistics to improve student performance.
- Guide, lead, and mentor students in research projects.
- Evaluate, monitor, and mentor student academic progress.
- Create, innovate, and launch career‑enhancement programs and activities.
- Supervise and support teaching assistants.
- Participate in departmental and college activities.
- Support functional activities of departmental committees.
- Assess, review, and evaluate student activities and progress.
- Assist senior professors with day‑to‑day tasks and functions.
- Develop and apply innovative instructional methods.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in English (minimum 60% marks).
- Bachelor’s degree in English (minimum 60% marks).
- UGC NET qualification is a plus.
