Soft Skills Trainer (On-site, Jaipur)

About the role

The Soft Skills Trainer will join FACE Prep’s Jaipur campus to deliver interactive training on communication, life skills and professional behavior for students preparing for tech placements. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on creating engaging learning experiences that enhance employability.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop curriculum, presentations and practice activities for soft‑skills modules.
• Facilitate classroom sessions, workshops and bootcamps, ensuring active participation.
• Assess learner progress through tests, assignments and feedback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with academic and placement teams to align training outcomes with employer expectations.
• Provide individual coaching, mentorship and constructive feedback to learners.
• Continuously refine training methods based on participant performance and feedback.

Required profile

• Proven ability to train soft‑skills, life‑skills and employability topics.
• Strong background in curriculum design, session planning and learner assessment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
• Experience motivating and managing diverse learner groups.
• Relevant experience as a soft‑skills trainer, corporate trainer or educator in placement‑focused programs.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in education, psychology, management or related fields).
• Willingness to work on‑site in Jaipur and adapt to dynamic training schedules.
